APPOINTMENT BOOKING DEPOSIT
A 10% or $50 deposit per procedure is a non-refundable booking fee and is required to
secure your appointment. The booking fee will go toward the service, and the remaining
balance will be due on the day of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Just to let you know, we follow a strict no-cancellation and no-refund policy, which
means that any canceled appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposited amount.
RESCHEDULING
If something unexpected happens and you need to reschedule your appointment, you
can do it at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule within less than 24 hours, the
10% or $50 deposit per procedure deposit will be forfeited. Remember that this affects
your service provider and other clients, so it’s important to remember this.
LATE & NO SHOW
Everyone’s time is valuable, so if you are more than 15 minutes late, you’ll be considered
a no-show for your appointment. Your booking deposit and appointment will be
forfeited. No Exception. This is to keep our schedule on track and to be fair to everyone.
Please take account of traffic and road closures so you can arrive on time.
SALON RESTRICTIONS
Children are not allowed at appointments. Pets are not allowed on the premises due to
sanitation regulations established by the health department.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We DO NOT accept personal checks.
